Beyounow
First established in 2005, beyounow is a space for clients to be.
- They bring worries, concerns, unwanted feelings, mental health issues, grief and trauma
- They find welcome, deep listening, empathy, healing and new ways of being
Our fully accessible studio is in Tasburgh, near Norwich, Norfolk. Our work is often face-to-face, but can be via technology if preferred (face-time, skype etc).

- Of all races, religions and beliefs

How we work
- Face to face at the studio in Tasburgh, or in other settings subject to need or using technology eg face-time, skype
- One to one, or in small groups of 2-5
- Regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly appointments scheduled in advance – most clients have a reserved appointment time agreed at mutual convenience
- Appointments are usually 50 minutes and this can be negotiated in some circumstances
- Duration of therapy is agreed between the client and the therapist. It may be short term (3-12 sessions) or longer term (dependent upon need)
- An initial appointment of 30 minutes (free of charge) will allow us to decide if we are willing to work together
- A fee structure will be agreed depending on your situation
